Our institute is looking for an organized and self-motivated Administration Support Officer (Minor Employment 10h/w) who will be responsible for assisting the office administrator in all necessary matters. In order to be successful in this position the Administration Support Officer should be detail-oriented, self-organized, and have excellent communication skills.

Administration Support Officer Responsibilities:

  • Support the office administrator in all necessary matters
  • Ongoing office maintenance (staying in contact with institute’s service providers, courier services coordination, coffee machine care, changing filters for office air purifiers, etc.)
  • Doing various errands and shopping (post office, shopping for the kitchen, etc.)
  • Support the Design department in operational activities (gift wrapping, post orders pick-ups, etc. )
  • Support organizing logistics for events and visitors to the institute
  • Place and manage small office administration orders
  • Assist in keeping the inventory (incl. storage management)

Administration Support Officer Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; college or Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Fluent in German and English
  • Proven experience as an office assistant or relevant role (1 or more years)
  • Proven communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Self-organizational skills
  • Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office
  • Comfortable working in an international environment

* Verlässlichkeit und Flexibilität

* Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung (HAK, HLW) von Vorteil

* gültige Arbeitsbewilligung für Österreich

Arbeitszeit: Mo-Fr: 9-11 Uhr
