1. Commitment

The protection of your personal data is of particular concern to us. We therefore process your data exclusively on the basis of the General Data Protection Regulation („GDPR“) and the Austrian Data Protection Adaptation Act (Datenschutzgesetz – „DSG“).

In this Privacy Policy we inform you about the most important aspects of data processing within the framework of our website.

2. Contact

If you contact us by form on the website or via e-mail, the data you provide (your e-mail address, your message, name, and telephone number if applicable) will be stored by us for the purpose of processing your enquiry and in the event of follow-up questions.

We will not pass this data on to third parties without your consent. As soon as the storage of these data is no longer necessary, these data will be deleted by us. As a matter of principle – insofar as this does not conflict with legal storage obligations – the data transmitted in connection with your enquiry will be deleted again after a maximum of three months.

In this case, the lawfulness of the data processing is based on Art. 6 (1) (b) of the GDPR (processing necessary for the implementation of pre-contractual measures taken at the request of the data subject).

3. Cookies and web traffic analysis

To make better use of the website, we use Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google Inc. (“Google”), 1600 Amphitheater Parkway Mountain View, CA 94043, USA. Google Analytics uses small text files known as „cookies“ which are routinely used to track users’ preferences and enable us to tailor our site accordingly.

The information generated by the cookie about your use of this website is usually transmitted to a Google server in the USA and stored there. In order to guarantee an anonymous collection of IP addresses (“IP masking”), Google Analytics has also been expanded to include IP anonymisation. The IP anonymisation on this website shortens the IP address collected within Member States of the European Union or in other contracting states to the Agreement on the European Economic Area. Only in exceptional cases the full IP address will be sent to a Google server in the USA and shortened there. Google will use this information for the purpose of evaluating your use of the website, compiling reports on website activity and providing other services to website operators in connection with website activity and internet usage. The IP address transmitted by your browser within the framework of Google Analytics will not be combined with other data from Google.

If you have any concerns in this regard, you can prevent the storage of cookies by setting your browser accordingly. In this case, you may not be able to fully use all features of this website.

You can also prevent Google from collecting the data generated by the cookie and related to your use of the website (including your IP address) and Google from processing this data by downloading and installing the browser plug-in available under the following link:

4. Google reCAPTCHA

We use the reCAPTCHA service of Google Inc. („Google“), 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway Mountain View, CA 94043, USA, to protect your requests via Internet forms.

The query serves to differentiate whether the input is made by a human being or is abused by automated, mechanical processing. The query includes sending the IP address and any other data required by Google for the reCAPTCHA service to Google. For this purpose your input will be transmitted to Google and used there. However, your IP address will be shortened by Google in advance within member states of the European Union or in other contracting states of the Agreement on the European Economic Area. Only in exceptional cases the full IP address will be transmitted to a Google server in the USA and shortened there. On behalf of the operator of this website, Google will use this information to evaluate your use of this service. The IP address transmitted by your browser as part of reCaptcha is not combined with other data from Google. These data are subject to the differing data protection regulations of Google.
